How selfless.chat reacts to incoming audio messages
The selfless.chat chatbot natively interprets audio messages sent by contacts to the platform. This feature is predefined in the chatbot settings.
In addition, it also transcribes the audio, with the transcription appearing just below the message. This feature makes communication with your customer easier and the overall experience more practical. It is enabled by default.
