Reset Password

If you forgot your password or need to change it for security reasons, selfless.chat offers two ways to reset your password: directly from the login screen or with the help of a platform administrator.

Resetting your password from the login screen

Step 1: Go to the selfless.chat login screen.

Step 2: Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the password field.

Step 3: Enter your registered email address and click the link sent to your inbox.

Request a reset from an administrator

If you're part of a team and have an available administrator, you can also ask them to reset your password through the platform dashboard.

Step 1: The administrator should go to the My Team menu in the selfless.chat dashboard.

Step 2: In the user list, locate your profile.

Step 3: Click the Reset Password option.

After this process, you'll receive an email with a link to set a new access password.
