AI in the Age of Productivity

AI is the greatest ally in the age of productivity we live in. We are not machines — and some tasks are simply better left to machines if we want to meet what today’s society demands. Automation is the answer to more productivity and more rest at the same time.

AI in the Age of Productivity

Productivity is the word of the decade. Some even say we’re living in an age of exhaustion precisely because of it — because of this single word.

We’re expected to always be producing something. I, for instance, am writing this text in between sets at the gym. That’s how it is now: we’re always producing something, often more than one thing at the same time, under the excuse of “not wasting time.” We study, we work, we train, we need time for family, we need to be online, we need to sell our image, we need to communicate. In short, this is undeniably one of the most defining traits of recent years: constant production, always on, with no real rest.

And it’s not just about producing more — it’s also about producing better. Everything we do has to be perfect, aligned with standards that are incredibly high. Every week feels the same. Every day feels the same. Produce. And produce with excellence. Always.

In this context, AI becomes one of our main allies to handle this demand without burning out. In some areas, it can help absorb this constant pressure for productivity — and one of those areas is customer support. In this age of productivity and immediacy, everyone expects fast, flawless service at all times. But that’s humanly impossible. We have bad days. We’re not machines. That’s why automating customer support stops being a nice-to-have and becomes a necessity.

Automation makes excellence possible without pushing your team — or yourself — to complete exhaustion. Automation allows rest. It allows slowing down, because it takes care of the boring, repetitive work for you. Automation allows 24/7 service without sacrificing weekends or paying overtime. Automation meets the demand for productivity by actually using a machine — something that can operate constantly, instantly, and with consistency. Automation is the path to overcoming the society of exhaustion.
